If you are
coming for the weekend only, the closest airport is
San Jose
International Airport
--rent a car
and it is about 24 miles to Santa Cruz/Aptos
If you are
doing a San Francisco visit as well fly in and out of San
Francisco and rent a car to get to Santa Cruz.
Santa Cruz is
about 90 miles/1.5 hours drive south from San Francisco.
Another option
is Oakland Airport – also 1.5 hours south to Santa Cruz –
sometimes there are good values
especially on ATA, American and Southwest.

This beautiful
hotel is less than a mile from the wedding venue and reception, and
less than a half a mile from Seacliff beach.
There is a
nice restaurant and bar in the hotel – Severinos.
A hot buffet
breakfast is included with the rate (2 people per room)
There is a
shopping center across the street for necessities.
We’ve
worked out a special group rate for $99 for regular rooms and (not
sure) for pool view.

the “Pleasure Point” area is close to our family home
“Aptos” is the
option closest to the wedding.
*Note this
makes financial sense only if you have over 8 people or are staying
over 3 or 4 nights because most properties have a cleaning fee of
$100 whether you stay 1 night or a week.
